a) Download the MedRecordz app, complete registration and log into the app to verify the registered number.
b) Keep the MedRecordz app installed during the promotion period and through the date of the lucky draw
5) Only one registration allowed per each mobile number and device ID. Any consumer registering invalid mobile numbers on the same or different device IDs OR multiple mobile numbers on the same device ID will be disqualified. Such consumers will be not be eligible for the lucky draw. Any referral points from such registrations will be cancelled.
